The Hong Kong Ex libris Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing the culture of Hong Kong stamp collecting. Established in 1998, the society aims to facilitate the exchange and development of stamp collecting, and provide enthusiasts with a platform for communication and learning.
Members of the society come from different backgrounds and industries, including stamp collectors, researchers, and cultural enthusiasts.
